Furever Friends Rescue
We are a multi-service rescue for Appanoose County, Iowa. We provide humane care for dogs that are relinquished, abused, abandoned, and are found stray in Appanoose County and the areas we serve.
We hope to find compassionate people to either adopt or foster these dogs so that they can find their FUREVER home.

Dog of the Month
Meet Lilee, a beautiful 2 year old Staffordshire terrier mix with a heart as big as her personality! Lilee can be shy with new people at first, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into the biggest sweetheart you will ever meet.
Her toys are her security blanket, and you will rarely see her without one close by. She absolutely loves toys.

Boarding
Vacations and extended time from home is supposed to be relaxing. But who can relax when you are worried about your fur-baby?
Let our boarding service be the answer.
Let us take of your furry family member(s) while you enjoy the time away knowing that your pet is being taken care of and loved until you return!
Vaccines must be up to date at least a week before their stay to ensure the health of yours and our dogs. Please bring in a copy of their records with you so we can put it on file for their stay and any future stay.
